Today's update

Due to the time change, it is now dark by the time I leave work which makes it difficult to check on the house after work. I did go by tonight with a flashlight and was able to see that the brick crew was able to get substantial work done today. The brick around the big windows and the brick around and above the deck doors is now up to the second floor. The west kitchen window is finished and I think the east window may be close to being done (can't remember exactly and I don't have any photos to review). This still leave the new brick where the two doors exited from the old kitchens (now the dining room and the master bath) plus the rest of the big windows and deck doors areas on the second story.

I also spoke with a supervisor from Laclede Gas and the meter change will be done November 9th. Hopefully that all goes well.

Dry wall is supposed to start going up Thursday or Friday so the cabinet maker will be coming back shortly to measure for the kitchen cabinets.
