Update

As you can see from the photos, quite a bit got done while I was gone on vacation. Here is a quick run down:
-the new sewer lateral was installed
-most of the trim around the windows was installed and has been painted
-the ceilings have all been paint
-some of the walls have at least one coat of their final color (bedrooms have not)
-the hardwood floors on the second level were renovated
-the hardwood floors on the first level were not renovated because they are to thin to be sanded - so a new floor is being installed
-the stairs have new treads

The things that I know will be happening over the coming weeks are:
-kitchen cabinets will be installed on Saturday
-appliances will be delivered next Wednesday
-the decks will be built this week
-the last dumpster will be pulled from the garage
-the alley-side of the garage will be renovated
-the rest of the trim and interior doors are being installed
-light fixtures should be installed (they have been delivered)
