Tonight's brick status report

As of tonight, the brick work on the back of the house is mostly finished. I think there is still a little bit of clean-up work but as you can see the scaffolding is down.

The back is going to be white-washed/painted with a grey-blue paint so the fact that the bricks don't all match won't be an issue. The mansion in Tower Grove Park at the Piper Palm House is the inspiration for the paint treatment - I want it to looked aged instead of freshly painted. The actual painting will most likely wait until spring.
